Printer - Large Format

Nobody likes to be a one trick pony. We are looking for someone that is an all rounder. Don't get me wrong, you're main role will be operating the Large Format print machines but whilst they're in full flow, get yourself amongst the print finishing or despatch team too. 

This business is going places. Originally a family run business (which they still are) but they've grown naturally through increase in revenue and spotted a number of key acquisitions over the last 18 months or so. Boasting now, an impressive portfolio and printing capabilities. 

We're looking for an experienced printer. One that has operated on Flatbed printers historically or certainly aligned in perhaps latex printing, dyesub printing or Roll to roll printing.  If you're bag is printing and you're open to a new opportunity, it's perhaps worth an exploratory conversation. 

Whilst you're main task will be loading the substrates, setting the printers and ensuring that the print quality is exceptional, it would fit well with the culture of the business too if you're open to expanded and developing. Whilst the printers are going like the clappers, you'd want to be getting amongst the finishing team or working with despatch, naturally being progressive and one step ahead. 

You'll love this type of mentality because they pull together as a team. It's not unusual to see the MD on the production floor getting his hands dirty when it's needed too. Collaboration and team work pivotal in this business.
