Vacancy Detail

Senior Account Manager / Account Director

If there was ever a role that was suited to someone who loves to get sh!t done, this is it. You'll love being in the thick of it, client management, people management, supplier management the lot. You're the one pulling all the strings.

So you're going to be working for a Print Management business. A business that is steep in history, well respected, and award-winning. They in turn have a load of experience in servicing some of the biggest brands in the world for their print, marketing and branding services. As a management business, with an unlimited supply chain, there's not much they can't create for their clients.

You'll be joining this business with experience of leading client relationships and a client services team. You need to know your stuff when it comes to print as we need your knowledge and experience, as you'll be thrown straight into the deep end managing a number of clients that have been with the business for many years. We can't have you as a rabbit in headlights so if you've managed accounts around the £4m mark, this could be a good match.

It's a great time to join, the business is experiencing and planning for substantial growth. You'll be working with clients who have multiple sites, big projects as well as BAU 'stuff'. You'll be managing a team of 4 - 6 people, a mixture of in the office and people based on-site with the client. You'll need to get out and about, this is all about looking at where you're currently at and developing the relationship to drive the business forward, add value to the client and ultimately increase the revenue and profitability.

As a Senior Account Manager / Account Director you'll have experience and knowledge of the world of print. We are totally open to your background (you could work in Print Management, in a manufacturer or client-side) as long as you know your stuff when it comes to print, pos and all things visual marketing.

I mentioned this role is about relationships. You'll need to be good at prioritising, setting expectations but most importantly, delivering! You'll know this is part and parcel though as you know the print account management game like the back of your hand.

Based in Cheshire, the business will need you to have a presence both in the office but also out on site where some of your team are based as well as the client. This will be travelling across the country as and when required.

So, if you're operating in the world of print, have managed projects and have a solid grasp on all things print, pos and branding then this is something we should be chatting about.
