CRM Marketing Exec

Investment in this Marketing team has been HUGE. We are now looking for someone to come in and lap up the funding, attention and drive that it has deservedly been given.   

Working within a small team, we need you to have drive, a bit of get up and go. Working to your own initiative and not sitting waiting to be told what is next to be done. Marketing is continual, so if you love a process but an ever-changing, ever-evolving industry too, then this will be right up your street. 

It would be super useful, for you and the company if you are interested in Marketing. Perhaps you've studied it at college and gone straight into the world of work. You might have a Marketing Degree and currently considering something new. You may never have had formal qualifications in it but have picked it up along the way. Whatever your story, if it's marketing-related, this could be a good fit. 

You'll be busy in this place. You're working for a global business but an agile one. One that has 90 employees based here on the south coast. Linked and coordinated heavily to sales, you'll be integral to the company's success. Whether that is data acquisition, a revamp of the website, coordinating the marketing and follow-up activity from an event, running PPC & SEO campaigns or pushing the business out on socials. You'll have the opportunity to influence so much.
