Night Shift Litho Print Operator

It's rare that you get an opportunity to join this thriving business. Due to growth though, this is one of those times. For two people! 

You'll be experienced in operating printing equipment. Ideally, you'll have hands-on experience on the litho press, Heidelberg XL106 but it's not essential, you could have experience operating any litho printing press as training will be given. 

You won't be surprised to know that this is shift work. The business is stacked and currently operating continental shift patterns 24 - 6. For you though, you'll be working the night shift of 6 pm - 6 am. You're working for a great business but with a much more concentrated team of at least 6 people each and every night. 

The wider business, once you're at home, tucked up in bed, is growing, thriving even. Who'd have thought it in Print eh?! 

With a head count of 140 across two sites (Litho & Digital printing) the business is on the up with a Management Buy Out in 2022 has led to a new, vibrant and enthusiastic senior management team that only wants the best for the business. 

Not sticking to just one offering, this business has embraced technology, and diversified into other new markets like Digital Printing, Large Format, Dye Sub as well as traditional litho printing. 

As an experienced litho printer, you'll already know the attention to detail you need to perform this role to the best of your ability. More importantly, the highest quality the customer expects. You'll be operating the impress litho press individually so experience of operating printing presses really is needed.
