Goods In Team Lead

You're right at the start of the process, without you, global brands across the beer, wine, and spirits industry would not have the shelf appeal they do. That's how vital this role is to a bigger / wider project.

Goods in, you set the stall as to how the process starts. You're in a manufacturing, warehouse environment where there's a lot going on, and quickly. It's essential that you are coming into this role with experience from a similar background.

This role is leading a small team of 3 - 5 people on a daily basis. Your objective is to ensure that every process, procedure and task is done as smoothly, efficiently and safely as possible. If you've got some CI, Lean, IOSH background, that will certainly be useful.

It'll be rare that you're sat still, you love to be out and amongst the action. Being one of the team, ensuring that your finger is on the pulse of what's going on in your department and your team. That's similar to the culture in this place. Regardless of stature or title, if there's a job that needs doing, it gets done. So if you like to be part of a culture and a team that works hard but has a good time doing so, this one might be for you.

As this is receiving goods in, this is a day shift role. However, there may be times when you need to have the flexibility to do what it takes and perhaps arrive a little earlier or stay behind a little later for delayed delivery. Anything can crop up but it's about being adaptable. You know this though from your experience in the warehouse or a manufacturing facility.

You're joining one of the biggest names in their industry in this role. A global business producing award-winning labels. The pride that you'll get from seeing the work that you've done on the supermarket shelf or behind the bar will be next level. I worn you!

The business itself is well-regarded and reputable. They couldn't be anything less given the brands that they work with. That's outwardly facing and I can confirm that they are equally good internally. 300+ headcount with an average longevity of 12 years +. The site in Clydebank is the COE. Everything that is implemented globally, will start in Glasgow so you get all the good stuff. First.
