If you are looking for a new role, there is no charge at any point. Our clients pay us to find the right person. Your only job is to be honest about what you want, what you don’t want, and what you bring to the table. We will handle the rest.
How confidential is it when going through the process?
Completely.
Whether you are hiring or looking for a new role, your information stays with us unless you agree otherwise. We never send CVs, profiles or business details without a clear go-ahead. No one finds out you are looking. No one gets approached on your behalf without your say-so.
Trust matters, especially in a close-knit industry like this.
How quickly does it take to find someone or a job?
It depends. Sometimes we move fast. Sometimes the right thing takes a little longer. It all comes down to timing, availability and how specific the brief is.
