Vacancy Detail

Installation Project Manager

I need a coordinator. Someone that loves pulling all the strings, working with other people to get 'stuff done. If that's you, then this could be for you.

You'll be well versed in the world of print, signage or graphics. Someone from this background is needed as there are some HUGE boots you'll be filling. Someone is leaving the business after many, many years with the business. Sure, there's time for a detailed handover but knowledge of this space is very much needed on this one. Especially as you are coordinating so many different people and departments.

You will be sat internally working with the Production Department, Client Services and the Installation teams coordinating the whole process. As you can imagine, communication is key on this one. You're responsible for getting the print, graphics, signage (depending on the brief) out of the factory and into the clients' space. On time, in full and within budget!

There are some pretty cool projects you'll be working on. Some of the biggest names in retail, sports, attractions and construction to name but a few sectors. With this though, installs are normally done at hours when the public might not be. In the event of something going wrong (hopefully not) The ability to be available (on the end of the phone or emails) when you're least expecting is important.

You're going to be joining a special business. Steep in history, they know what they are doing. They are experienced and highly regarded as one of the best in the large-format industry. Some spectacular projects and an impressive pipeline sets up the future to be very bright indeed.

I asked the Director why would somebody choose to work for your business. In this crazy competitive market, the response was simple. We value our people. The average tenure within the business is 12 years. That's across a headcount of 120 people. We do what we say we will do. We offer progression, we review each person, their objectives and ambitions.

Pretty impressive.

There are loads more reasons why, but I already knew about them. If this is of interest, I can tell you everything you need to know.

Get in touch, you don't need to have a CV at this stage, I'm happy to have a chat through and we do things a little differently here, so a CV isn't actually needed at all!
