Estimator - POS

Retail has truly bounced back. The competition to get consumers into store has never been more competitive which leads to some pretty impressive competitive creative work to captivate and engage with the audience. Something this company thrives off, why? Well this is what they do. Create, produce and install innovative Retail POS displays. 

With the demand comes with workload. This is where you come in. More jobs, more competition results in more estimates needed to get out of the door. There's a little more to it than pricing of a matrix though, yes there's a lot to go through in terms of jobs but we need somebody who is on the ball commercially. Someone that can foresee (as much as possible) growing trends, feedback through to sales and senior management on opportunities lost, the reasons for it and solutions to perhaps combat losing work. 

You'll be part of a team that can handle everything, all under one roof. A close knit team that all pull together. Whilst you can sometimes feel lost within the data, analytics and CRM's know that you're surrounded by others all striving for excellence. In fact, excellence is one thing that they are renowned for and why they've kept many leading names as customers for a long long time. 

This role comes with an element of flexibility in that as long as you can get to a manufacturing facility, then you can work from any of them. Ideally you'll be based in Chippenham where all the POS work is constructed but if you can't get there then perhaps you could get into one of the other facilities in West London, Lancashire or Glasgow. 

Given the hight demands and amount of work currently, you do need to have solid knowledge of the POS industry for this specific role. That said, if you are an Estimator and from the print or packaging industry and looking for a new printing job or packaging job then still pop your CV through as this is solely our market so whilst this one might not be right, there should, could, will be others we can discuss.
