Vacancy Detail

Internal Sales / Account Manager

You're the first and last (probably) voice your customers will hear when dealing with your company. This is why, it's important that you have experience (and love) being the first point of contact for your customers.

You'll be a proactive salesperson, touching base, educating your customers on special offers, and outreach to dormant accounts. Your experience as an Internal Sales or Account Manager will put you in good stead as you'll know exactly how to speak on the phone, communicate via email and also in person with your internal team mates.

Setting the scene, your client base WILL know who the business is when you speak with them. They might not yet know you but that's only a matter of time before you rectify that.

No beating around the bush, you will be in a sales environment. You will be the type of person who wants to be the best-performing salesperson, it's that type of environment but you know what, it's a lovely, lovely place too! I know this as I've visited and placed people in there who absolutely love it.

You need to want to be in a target environment (but a grown-up one). You'll be selling products and consumables into manufacturing businesses. It's niche, but everyone you speak with will need what it is you're contacting them about. As it is a sales role, there's a hefty commission scheme in place to ensure that you are incentivised and rewarded appropriately.

Working within this team, you'll need to be a team player. Communication is key, you're one part of a well oiled machine. Working together means that you're driving ultimate value to your clients. Which means it'll be a win win for everyone.

If you're thinking of a new opportunity and this one sounds like it might be of interest, I'd encourage you to get in touch as this won't be available for long.
