Sales Account Manager

They’re growing, busy, and looking for someone who knows how to manage accounts properly, keep customers happy, and get work through production without fuss.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be front and centre with customers, quoting jobs, solving problems, keeping things on track, and making sure the work delivered hits the mark.

Day to day, this is what you'll be doing:

  • Managing your own accounts and being the go-to contact

  • Building relationships with existing customers and developing their spend

  • Winning new business locally and through your own contacts

  • Working closely with the production team to keep jobs running smoothly

  • Quoting accurately, keeping clients in the loop, and sorting any issues quickly

You need to have:  

  • Experience in print and signage – essential

  • A decent human. This is a proper team, with lovely people. 

  • A background in account management or sales where you’ve built lasting relationships

  • Confidence working with production to keep jobs on schedule

  • A commercial mindset and the drive to spot opportunities and act on them

  • To be within a sensible commute of Caerphilly. This is an office-based role
