Estimator

You and your experience: 
You’ll be the first Estimator to join the team. That means more than quoting jobs. You’ll have the chance to shape how estimating is done across the business. You’ll be working across a mix of large-format print and signage projects, pricing accurately, dealing with suppliers, and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be trusted to work remotely, manage your own day, and bring structure, pace and reliability to the quoting process. If you’re someone who enjoys working with autonomy and wants to feel like what you do matters, this is exactly that.

What you’ll need to know already: 
• Experience estimating print and signage projects (especially large format and display)
• Strong supplier knowledge and confidence handling quotes independently
• Good commercial sense; You know how to price properly, not just quickly
• A methodical, detail-first mindset and ability to manage your own workload
• A straightforward, no-fuss approach to working as part of a growing team
