Sales Manager

About you:

You’re confident speaking to customers. Comfortable taking the lead. Always switched on to where the next opportunity might come from. You’ve got a genuine interest in vehicles. Whether it’s fleets of vans, custom trucks or high-end cars, you take pride in delivering work that looks the business. You’re organised, commercially minded and know how to build trust quickly. Whether it’s quoting, following up, managing a live job or spotting a chance to upsell, you take it all in your stride. Your experience:

You come from a background in vehicle wrapping, livery or signage. You understand how a job moves from quote to completion and what it takes to keep everything running smoothly. You’ve handled quotes, managed accounts and kept customers updated throughout the process. You’ve worked with design, production and fitting teams before and know how to keep communication clear. You’re also comfortable picking up the phone and prospecting new business when the opportunity is there.

 

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role:

You’ll be the face of the Leeds site. The main point of contact for customers. Managing jobs already in the system. Quoting new ones. Helping grow the business. You’ll be converting inbound leads, following up quotes and developing new opportunities with existing clients. You’ll also be out there finding new ones. You’ll carry a target and be expected to drive revenue. Not through hard selling but through trust, communication and always doing right by the customer. You’ll be working closely with the MD, giving him the confidence to step back from the day-to-day sales in Leeds while you lead from the front commercially.
