Sales Manager

About you
You are commercially aware, proactive and confident leading conversations that develop into long-term partnerships. You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within signage, print or visual communications. You know how to build and manage a sales pipeline independently. You see the bigger picture but are happy to get stuck in with proposals, meetings and problem solving. If you want ownership, accountability and the chance to make a real impact, this role is for you.

Your experience
You have strong experience in signage or print sales with a consistent record of winning new business and managing key accounts. You are confident presenting, negotiating and closing complex deals. You understand how large format print, signage manufacture and installation fit together and can clearly explain this to clients. You are organised, disciplined with your pipeline and comfortable using a CRM. You hold a full UK driving licence, are happy to travel as needed and work well across departments.

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
You will create and deliver a clear sales strategy while actively opening new doors for larger and more complex projects. Day to day you will build relationships with senior decision makers, prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and close profitable agreements. You will work closely with creative, production and installation teams to keep projects on track from initial brief to final sign off. You will track and forecast revenue, keep the CRM up to date and use market insights to refine your approach. You will also represent the business at client meetings, site visits and industry events when required.
