Signage Account / Project Manager

About you
You know signage. You understand the process, the pressures, and the importance of getting every detail right. You’re confident managing fast-moving projects, keeping multiple plates spinning, and staying in control when deadlines are tight. You communicate clearly, think ahead, and know how to keep clients and suppliers aligned.

You’re not someone who needs micromanaging. You take ownership, stay calm under pressure, and know how to keep projects moving from start to finish. Whether it’s booking in crews, managing schedules or solving last-minute problems, you’re the person people trust to get it sorted.

Your experience
You’ve worked in signage before and you understand the full process. From site surveys and planning through to production and installation, you know how it all fits together. You’ve managed external installers, coordinated multiple jobs at once, and built strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike.

You’re comfortable using systems to track progress and confident briefing production teams or installers. You know what a good project manager looks like in signage, and you’ve got the experience to back it up.

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
You’ll be managing signage projects from quote to completion. That means liaising with clients, coordinating production, booking in external installers, and keeping everything on track. You’ll be the main point of contact throughout, making sure every job runs smoothly, stays on budget, and hits deadline.

You’ll be working with a trusted network of subcontractors rather than an in-house install team, so your communication, planning and coordination skills will be key. You’ll be expected to stay close to every detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
