Vacancy Detail
Warehouse Operative / Supervisor
About you
You’re someone who knows how to keep a warehouse running smoothly. You take ownership of your space, stay organised under pressure, and know how to keep things moving. You’re hands-on, practical, and take pride in doing things properly. You don’t wait to be asked. You spot what needs doing and get on with it.
You’re not just here to pack boxes. You want to be involved in the full operation, from stock control and goods in to preparing orders and making sure everything goes out on time. You enjoy working somewhere that’s busy, where every day is different, and where your contribution matters.
You’ve probably worked in a production or assembly warehouse before, so you understand how things need to flow. You’re confident using tools, can manage your time well, and work easily with others to get the job done.
Your experience
You’ve worked in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, ideally with physical products that are assembled on-site. You’re comfortable with picking, packing, stock control, dispatch and goods in. You understand how to keep things organised and how to work quickly without cutting corners.
You may have already stepped up into a team lead or supervisor role. If not, but you’re ready to take on more responsibility and support others, that’s just as important. The key is that you’re reliable, detail-focused and proactive.
What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
You’ll be helping to keep the warehouse operation running efficiently. That means assembling and preparing products like lightboxes and display frames, checking components, managing stock, and ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched correctly.
You’ll be involved across all parts of the process and trusted to take ownership of your workload. You’ll work closely with the wider team and support wherever you’re needed to keep everything on track.
About the business
This is a well-established and growing company that designs and produces lightboxes, frames and point-of-sale display units for clients across the UK. They’re known for their quality, fast turnaround and down-to-earth service.
The team is tight-knit, supportive and hardworking. It’s a place where everyone helps each other and where a good attitude matters just as much as experience. If you’re looking for somewhere to take responsibility and be part of something reliable and respected, this could be a great fit.
Next steps
If you’re organised, dependable and ready to take on a key role in a busy warehouse, we’d love to hear from you.
