About you
You are hands-on, practical, and confident working at heights. You take pride in doing a job properly, safely, and on time. You enjoy variety, working on different sites, and seeing the results of your work out in the real world. You might be self-employed and tired of chasing invoices and missing out on holiday or sick pay. Or you may already be employed but ready for a better setup with more stability and support.

Your experience

• Installing a wide range of signage and graphics including window vinyl, tray signage, illuminated signs, shop fascias, wayfinding systems, and building wraps.

• Confident working at height and handling all aspects of installation.

• Used to working to deadlines while maintaining high standards.

• Holding a full driving licence and relevant cards such as CSCS or PASMA.

• Reliable, practical, and able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.

What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will be installing signage and graphics across retail, commercial, and specialist sites. You will use your skills to deliver high-quality installations, ensuring everything is completed safely and efficiently. You will travel to different sites, with some work requiring overnight stays, and you will work closely with the production and project management teams to make sure each job runs smoothly. You will play a key role in building a strong in-house installation team, where quality is valued over cutting corners.
