You are already recruiting in packaging. People in the industry know you, respect you and take your calls. You are consistent, reliable and do the basics properly. Calls made. Follow-ups done. No excuses. You bring energy and ambition, not negativity or drama.

What you will be doing with your experience in this role
This is the missing piece at M-TWO. You will be the one to take packaging recruitment here and build it into a proper division. We already have the reputation in print and packaging, a strong database and clients who come back to us. The opportunity in packaging is bigger than what we are doing now. It will be yours to shape.
You will have hybrid working, the support of a small, open team and a commission structure that actually rewards you. 20% of everything above a threshold tied to your base salary. It is straightforward and very favourable.
About the company
M-TWO is known across print, packaging and signage for being open, honest and hardworking. We are a small business but we are part of the industry in a big way. Matt sponsors awards, speaks at events, runs a podcast and gets invited to judging panels. We want recruiters who match that energy and who see the value in being visible and involved.
