You are already recruiting in packaging and doing it well. People know you, trust you and take your calls. You do the basics properly. Calls made. Follow ups done. No excuses. You bring energy and ambition every single day.

You are probably good enough to go out on your own, although the jump feels huge. You want ownership and freedom, although you want more than sitting alone with a laptop. You want a proper brand, a respected name and a team that helps you go further.

What you will be doing with your experience in this role

You will take packaging recruitment at M TWO and build it into a full division. It is a big opportunity and it is the missing piece for us. We have clients and relationships in packaging already, although this is not a hot desk. It will take time to grow, and the rewards will be there for someone who enjoys building something meaningful.

You will have hybrid working, ongoing personal development and proper investment in your training. You will earn commission that rewards high performance and a quarterly bonus that recognises consistency. You will be part of a small, open team where people help each other and actually enjoy the job as well as the results.

M TWO is known across print, packaging and signage for being open, honest and hardworking. We are a small business with a big presence.
