Production Manager

About you

You’re an experienced large format print professional who enjoys being both hands-on and in control. You like knowing what’s going on across production, taking ownership of quality and workflow, and stepping in to get the job done when it matters. You work best in a team that pulls together and value doing things properly rather than just getting them done.

Your experience

You’ve worked in large format print, signage or display for several years and know your way around Mimaki printers, flatbeds and finishing kit. You understand colour management, materials and finishing processes and can produce top quality work at pace. You’ve managed or supervised others before, keeping schedules on track and supporting your team when they’re on installs or busy finishing. Experience with installs yourself would be a real advantage.

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role

You’ll lead a small team of three in the print production area. Day to day, you’ll be printing, planning and managing workflow to make sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish. While the rest of the team rotate across printing, finishing, packaging and installs, you’ll keep production moving, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. You’ll also help refine processes, keep the print equipment in top condition and ensure the team works efficiently and safely.
