Lead Sign Fitter

About you

You’re a lead signage fitter who takes pride in the finish and knows how to run an install properly. You’re confident on site, reliable, and you bring a calm, professional approach whether you’re working with a team or getting on with it independently.

You care about safety, you keep standards high, and you’re the kind of person clients feel comfortable having on site.

Your experience

You’ve got solid experience fitting signage and you’re comfortable leading installs from start to finish. You can read drawings, work confidently with different materials and fixings, and solve problems without drama.

CSCS, IPAF and PASMA are preferred, along with a clean driving licence, but there’s flexibility for the right person and those details can be discussed.

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role

You’ll lead signage installations across Hull and the surrounding areas, making sure each job is completed safely and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with the wider team, keep things organised on site, and take ownership of the final result.

There will be working away involved when needed, so you’ll need to be comfortable with that as part of the role.
