Lead Sign Fitter

About you
You’re a skilled, experienced sign fitter who takes pride in high-quality work and getting things right first time. You’re confident leading installs on site, making sensible decisions, and setting the standard for finish and professionalism. You’re practical, reliable, and comfortable being the person others look to when something needs sorting.

You enjoy variety in your work, including working away from home when required, and you like having the trust to crack on without being micromanaged.

Your experience
You’re an established sign fitter with strong hands-on experience across a wide mix of signage. This includes built-up letters, tray signs, fascia and shopfront signage, illuminated signage, lightboxes, LEDs, flex face, totems and monoliths, vinyl graphics, window manifestations, and both internal and external wayfinding.

You’re comfortable working from drawings, dealing with clients or site contacts, and installing safely and efficiently. You understand fixings, substrates and tools, and you take responsibility for leaving sites clean and professional.

A valid CSCS card is essential. IPAF and PASMA are expected, but can be arranged if needed. A full driving licence is required.

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
You’ll be leading signage installations across a range of commercial and bespoke projects. Some days you’ll be working independently, other days supporting or leading additional fitters. You’ll be trusted to represent the business on site, problem-solve when needed, and deliver a consistently high standard of work.

You’ll also be working away when required. A company van is provided and can be taken home.
