Sales Manager

These opportunities rarely come around and my goodness, what an opening this one is.  

You'll be in a fortunate position to be joining a high-performing, reputable and growing Print & Packaging business in the capacity of a Sales Manager. Leading a team of 6 (4 BDM's, 1 Internal Sales & 1 Marketing) you'll be tasked with ensuring the team smash their budget and targets, whilst contributing significantly with your own sales. 

The business operates across the Print & Packaging space, their bread and butter work is short-run, high-end folded box board work. You need to be experienced in this type of work too in order to hit the ground running and lead the team with gravitas and technical understanding. 

Your experience can either be from being a hands-on salesperson within this space and looking for a route into management or you can already be an experienced sales manager looking for a sideways step into a growing business. Either way, you need to have knowledge of the print & packaging process. 

The culture is great, it's an environment where they want people to come in, understand what they do and question why they aren't doing what they could potentially do. You need to be a "getting stuff done" kind of person. 

Through the last couple of years, the business has grown dramatically and gone through a number of acquisitions. Despite the change for the business and the ones they acquired, longevity across the group is impressive and sits at an average time of 8 years! So once you're in, you're in. Lots of areas to progress and develop your career.
