Creative Project Manager

This business is going places. They know their bread and butter but they are diversifying and growing the services and solutions they can offer their current and potential client base. 

With a plan in place and signed off, we are now working together to find you, their Creative Project Manager. 

So the bread and butter is large format graphics, instore displays, POS through to vehicle livery all for leading names within their own customers industry. Previously they had been a little hesitant in creating new services in the case standards dropped on what they are renowned for in the creativity and production of the services listed above. As more and more clients asked the same questions, they've decided to take the step in developing their offering. 

So this is where you come in. You'll be the one, ideally with a Design Agency or creative background, you might have been exposed to retail design, creative displays or your typical Creative agency. This is where they are heading and understandably need to be bringing in experts to fulfil the exciting stage of growth. 

The role will be a mixture of leading a design function (Probably 65% of the role) The team is currently a team of 3 with limited exposure to the new services so you'll be tasked with leading / mentoring and transitioning them as well as being the one pulling all the strings internally from a client facing perspective. After all you'll be the one that knows what the job briefs are and the requirements to fulfil. 

I know everyone says it but this is genuinely an exciting time for you to be joining this business. You'll be one of the first in with this new direction and someone that can shape and develop the business even further. 

Culturally, it's incredible. An ambitious business yet experienced in their creative field being led by an incredibly genuine senior management team. A business with no real hierarchy, you'll often see the MD on the shop floor getting his hands dirty! 

So if you've got a number of years Design / Creative experience, you can happily spend team mentoring designers and creatives as well as the ability to take a brief and run with it from concept through to completion, then we need to be speaking.
