Warehouse Packer

Their success is built upon a dedicated and hardworking team, and are currently seeking a Warehouse Packer to join the growing workforce. As a Warehouse Packer, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations by ensuring that products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipping. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy to meet our customers' expectations.

This position is Permanent but is SHIFT WORK the shift pattern is as follows 

EARLY -  Mon - Thur 6:45am - 2:45pm FRIDAY 6:45am - 11:45am
MID - Mon - Thur 2:30pm - 10:15pm FRIDAY 11:30am - 5pm
NIGHT - Monday - Thursday 10pm - 7:15am

Key Responsibilities:

Packing and Labeling

• Accurately pack products into containers or boxes according to company guidelines.
• Apply appropriate labels, barcodes, and shipping information to each package.

Quality Control:

• Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packing.
• Report any quality issues to the Warehouse Supervisor for resolution.

Order Fulfillment:

• Assemble orders based on packing lists and shipping orders.
• Ensure that the correct quantities and products are included in each shipment.

Organising Inventory

• Maintain an organized and clean workspace to maximize efficiency.
• Assist in restocking packaging materials and supplies as needed.

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.

Communication

• Collaborate with other warehouse team members and supervisors to coordinate packing and shipping schedules.
• Communicate any inventory shortages or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
