Client Services Executive

• Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
• Salary negotiable based on experience, starting at £25,000 and upwards

What you'll be doing:

• Providing accurate estimates for new inquiries
• Collaborating with the production team to relay delivery updates to clients
• Offering practical advice to clients to maximize the value of our services
• Managing client requirements and overseeing the design and print process from start to finish
• Ordering materials to support the production process
• Preparing completed orders for invoicing
• Cultivating consultative relationships with clients based on trust and expertise
• Assisting the Customer Service Team and Managers as needed (team player mentality)
