Role: The company is seeking a commercially driven Web2Print Administrator with a creative approach and a passion for print culture and brand identity. This role offers an entrepreneurial culture supported by a larger corporate structure.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development, sales, marketing, production sites, and branch managers.
- Onboard users onto the platform.
- Update client sites and product catalogues.
- Support the end-to-end web2print implementation process.
- Set up portals, products, and features.
- Participate in QA testing and roll-out of new features.
- Produce ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients.
- Resolve customer queries and provide technical support.
- Oversee the creation of user guides and FAQs.
Skills Required:
- Experience in a result-driven multi-channel e-commerce environment.
- Relevant degree and/or professional qualification.
- Proficiency in CSS/HTML and understanding of SaaS software.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive attitude with great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility, exceeding expectations.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
