Vacancy Detail

Finance Manager

You need to love numbers, people and thrive in an opportunity where you can really make a mark.

Hold onto your hat, this will be a busy role. There's nobody to take over from (other than the two Directors). You'll be the central point to run the finance and management accounts for 3 busy businesses.

All the usual finance stuff that you'd expect:

Payroll
Bookkeeping
Management Accounts
Producing P&L
Cashflow Forecasts
Credit Control
Supplier Management

Obviously, this list isn't everything, there's loads more strings to your bow but what we are looking for here, is someone who yes, is experienced but more so, someone who wants to / loves owning a project, a situation.

You'll be walking into a job that is getting done but not by a finance expert like you. It's out of necessity rather than enjoyment and years of experience. The two Directors are currently doing this as part of their roles and obviously have many more things they also need to be doing. This is why, at a pivotal time in their development and growth, they need you.

You'll be experienced, ideally at juggling accounts for a number of different businesses but if not, then a complex finance department might be a good fit. Experience is good but you need to be a good culture fit too. Rolling up your sleeves and doing what needs to be done. You're someone that works well as part of a team but also knows when to get your head down and plough on through your work.

There's lots to be done, so it's imperative that you know what you're doing. Lots of things to pull into place, systems and processes to be implemented and hands to be held to get things as slick and smooth as possible.

You don't need a CV to be considered for this role, all things start with an informal chat and conversation. So if this sounds like it is of interest, please get in touch and we can tell you everything you need to know.
