Executive PA

You love to be in control, knowing what's happening well in advance. 

You'll be joining this highly impressive manufacturing facility as the Executive PA. You'll be integral to the business by supporting the Group Managing Director. As this is already your experience, you don't need me to write a list of bullet points of what you'll be doing but more telling you about what is in it for you... 

You're coming in to be the main support, the organisation and the control of the Group Managing Director. You'll be their support, there to support in every way you can. You will love that dependency they will have on you. 

This role will require some travel. There are 3 manufacturing sites they are responsible for so it is likely that you will be required to travel at some points. Other times, it'll be supporting from the manufacturing plant on the outskirts of Glasgow. 

Expectations are high in this role. You're going to be working for the market leader in label manufacturing. The end clients are high-end and prestigious brands. Ones you will know. As an Exec PA you'll always be professional and succinct but lovely with it. There will be lots of internal coordination you need to be doing, diary management, reporting, minute taking, and sales meeting management are just some of the day to days. 

You'll be used to and love it when people come to you for support. I liken this role to that of a Concierge of a hotel. The font of all knowledge, the approachable and succinctly helpful but mean business too and get 'stuff' done. 

So, if you like to have things in order, like to have things in order for people that need help getting things in order, know how to interact with all people at all levels and have impeccable levels of supporting Directors previously then we should 100% be talking about this opportunity.
