HR & Payroll Support

Arguably you have the most important job to all the staff, as a HR & Payroll Support you love the responsibility of making sure everyone is well looked after and paid and paid correctly. 

If you're an experienced HR & Payroll Support person then brilliant, you will hit the ground running but we are equally happy talking to you if you're relatively new to the world of HR & Payroll, don't worry we have the experience in the team to show you the ropes and get you up to speed in no time. 

Now, as I mentioned, this is an important position in this business. You're responsible for give or take 300 heads. it's a busy manufacturing facility. You'll be tracking holidays, sickness, overtime and everything else in between. Keeping you busy during the month but the weeks leading up to payday, you must be able to work under pressure. 

You know this though, and you love it. 

You'll be joining a lovely team, both in the HR & Payroll department but also the wider business. It's a business that values its employees. You walk around and you quickly see the number of years people have been with the business. It's a great balance of new faces and the welcoming faces of those who have been with the business for 5, 10 even 20 years +.
