Position: Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 Qualified – or Apprentice)
Contract: Full-time or Part-time

At Mini Montesaurs, we’re on an exciting journey of growth, and we’re looking for an amazing new Early Years Practitioner (or, as we like to say, a Teach-a-saur) to join our fabulous team.

We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for creating magical learning experiences, sparking curiosity, and bringing a sense of awe and wonder into every child’s day.

Whether you’re:

  • An experienced practitioner ready to bring new ideas and support our growing setting,

  • A newly qualified professional eager to learn and develop, or

  • An apprentice looking to gain practical experience while studying...

We’re flexible too — this role could suit students looking for part-time hours, or even those who are retired but still want to share their love of working with children on a flexible basis. Our aim is to make this role work for both you and us.

  • Experience working within the EYFS framework

  • A warm, caring nature and a genuine love for children

  • Hard-working, reliable and responsible attitude

  • A recognised Childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3) – or a willingness to work towards this as an apprentice
