Production Manager

About you

You stay calm when things get busy. You can see what needs to be done, keep people focused, and find solutions when plans change. You like improving how things work, making processes smoother, and helping people do their best work.

You enjoy leading a busy print production team and you get a kick out of seeing jobs flow from start to finish. You are practical, people focused and organised. You like a bit of pressure and you know how to keep a positive team atmosphere.

Your experience

You have experience in large format print, signage or graphics production. You understand how projects move through studio and production and you know how to plan work and manage schedules.

You have led teams before and know how to bring people together. You have improved workflow, production processes and communication across departments. You take pride in quality, teamwork and getting things done.

You do not need to be hands on with the printers but you understand how print operations work and can make smart decisions quickly.

What you will be doing with that experience

You will lead the production and operations team. You will make sure every project, from digital wallpaper and acoustic panels to window graphics, floor vinyls and display signage, runs smoothly from start to finish.

You will look at how things are done now and find better ways to do them. You will oversee scheduling, workflow and planning, keeping everything aligned across print, studio and installation.

This is a people leadership role where you will help the team grow, keep things organised and make sure every job meets the high standards clients expect.
