Creative Account Manager (Packaging)

About you

You are a Creative Producer or Packaging Specialist who enjoys turning ideas into something real.

You are not just creative for the sake of it. You understand how packaging works, how it is made and how it performs. You enjoy solving problems, challenging briefs and coming up with ideas that are both creative and commercially viable.

You like being close to the detail. Working with teams, checking progress, making sure what was promised is actually delivered. You take pride in doing things properly.

Your experience

You have solid experience within the print and packaging industry.

You understand paper over board, cardboard packaging and fluted materials, and how these translate from concept through to production.

You have worked closely with creative teams, CAD teams and production teams to deliver packaging projects.

You are confident managing projects, timelines and client expectations, ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and within budget.

You are comfortable working with global clients and maintaining high standards across multiple projects at once.

You have a strong attention to detail and enjoy problem solving when challenges arise.

What you will be doing with your experience in this role

You will work with key clients to develop packaging concepts, ideas and designs that stand out and deliver commercially.

You will oversee projects from concept through to production, making sure everything runs smoothly and meets the original brief.

You will collaborate with creative, CAD and production teams, checking progress regularly and keeping projects on track.

You will be involved in transit testing and ensuring packaging performs as required in real world conditions.

You will challenge ideas, improve processes and look for ways to raise the standard of work across the business.

You will play a key role in maintaining the high level of creativity and care the business is known for.
