Lamination Operator
About you
You are an experienced Lamination Operator who understands the importance of quality, consistency and keeping production moving.
You take pride in running machinery properly, spotting issues early and making sure finished product meets specification every time. You are hands on, reliable and comfortable working within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
You understand that good operators do more than just run a machine. They keep the area organised, support the wider team and take responsibility for standards on shift.

Your experience
You have previous experience operating lamination or conversion machinery within a manufacturing, print or packaging environment.
You are confident carrying out machine set ups, monitoring production and making adjustments where required to maintain quality.
You understand process inspection checks and can identify non conforming product when issues arise.
You are comfortable completing production reports and recording information accurately within production systems.
You understand Health and Safety within a manufacturing environment and take a responsible approach to safe working practices.
You are organised, practical and able to work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will operate lamination and conversion machinery to produce laminated reels safely and efficiently to specification.
You will select materials and operating supplies in line with job requirements and carry out machine set ups correctly before production begins.
You will monitor machine performance throughout the run, carrying out inspection checks to ensure product quality is maintained.
You will unload, palletise and package finished product in line with customer and internal requirements.
You will complete production reports accurately and keep systems updated to ensure correct product tracking and time recording.
You will help maintain a clean, organised and safe production environment, reporting maintenance issues where required and supporting waste reduction processes across the site.
You will also assist with reworking non conforming product when necessary and contribute to keeping production flowing efficiently.
