Print Operator

About you
You know your way around a large format print room. You enjoy running machinery, solving problems and producing work you're proud of. You have a good eye for detail, work well under pressure and are happy getting stuck in wherever needed. Your experience
You have experience within large format print production and are confident operating print and finishing equipment. Experience with UV printing, dye sublimation, Zünd, Summa, Velloblade, EFI VUTEk or HP Stitch would be a real advantage, though we're open to people with transferable machinery experience. You understand quality control, file preparation and the importance of hitting deadlines in a busy production environment. Team Leader or Supervisor experience would be welcomed, though it isn't essential.

What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You'll be producing high-quality large-format graphics from print through to finishing, operating a range of industry leading equipment and supporting the wider production team. You'll carry out machine setup, quality checks, routine maintenance and finishing while helping ensure jobs are delivered accurately and on time. This is a varied role working across exciting projects, with plenty of opportunity to develop your technical skills and progress your career.

The role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern of 6:00am to 2:30pm and 11:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Thursday, with 7:30am to 4:00pm on Fridays. Flexibility for overtime, including occasional Saturdays, is expected during busy periods.
