Production Manager

About you
You know how to take control of a busy print operation.

You think commercially, challenge costs and improve how work moves through the business. You are comfortable making decisions, holding suppliers accountable and leading people through change.

This is for someone who wants genuine ownership, not just another coordination role.

Your experience
You have senior experience across print production, estimating and commercial purchasing.

You have managed suppliers, negotiated costs and protected margin while keeping demanding production schedules on track.

You are confident leading a production team, improving processes and using a print MIS to maintain visibility and control.

What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will own the journey of every job from approved quote through to delivery.

You will lead production flow, estimating, purchasing, outsourced work and logistics, ensuring quality, cost and client deadlines are consistently achieved.

You will review the supply chain, consolidate suppliers, improve commercial terms and take responsibility for scaling a new web to print service.

This is a visible role with real influence over operational performance and profitability.
