Client Services Executive

You're the first and last contact to your customers. You love being integral to the customer journey and being involved in a process from start to finish. This is where you'll add so much value, the one point of contact to get 'stuff done'. 

There's a huge variety in this role. You'll need to be organised. You'll need to be on it. All of the time. Team work is integral, you're the first point of contact from the incoming customer and order, and you'll then be responsible for the whole process. Input on the system, brief the studio, production plan, organise delivery, and keep the customer informed from start to finish. Pulling the strings, being responsive, being accountable and a great communicator is vital. 

So the business is experienced in providing its customers with branded workwear, printing and branded products. They've been in operation for the last 8 years and have gone from strength to strength. With a huge investment in marketing, sales and production, they are looking for an experienced client services executive to join the team. Customer service experience is essential. It would be handy but not essential to know about embroidery or workwear. 

You'll be office based, so people skills and being comfortable in the office and manufacturing facility Monday - Friday is needed. The culture is key here, there's a solid mix of experience which helps the team to gel together. Understanding how best people can play to their strengths and all pull together. It's a positive place, teamwork, communication, and having a voice are all integral.
